This policy describes how VelaPrism Analytics accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.
When you connect Google, authentication is performed by Google at accounts.google.com. VelaPrism does not ask for or receive your Google password.
With your consent, VelaPrism may read Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data for properties your Google account already has permission to access. The production service requests read-only scopes.
Google user data is used only to authenticate the connected account and provide the Search Console and GA4 analysis requested through the service.
OAuth grants and Google access credentials are stored only as needed to maintain the authorized connection. They are not returned in MCP tool results and are not sold or used for advertising.
Report rows are processed to answer the user's request. The current service is not designed to persist those report rows as a separate analytics warehouse.
Operational logs may include timestamps, status codes, and error categories. The service is designed not to log Google passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, raw authorization headers, or full analytics report payloads.
We do not sell Google user data. Data is shared only with Google APIs as required to retrieve authorized reports and with the MCP client that initiated the user's request.
You may disconnect the plugin and revoke access from your Google Account security settings. OAuth grant records expire or can be revoked according to the service token lifecycle. For additional requests, see Support.
VelaPrism Analytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
